How many days you would process the orders after order received?
- Once the order has been placed it takes 1-2 working days to process and pack the order.
- No orders will be processed on Public Holidays or Weekends.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@aiwibi.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

- Outside Gauteng (Anywhere in South Africa) (1-4 days depending on the area)
