Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 48 hours to process and pack before shipping.
  • Please note that processing takes place on business days only. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Transit Times

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Inside Gauteng: 1 to 2 working days
  • Outside Gauteng: 1 to 4 working days (depending on your specific area)

3. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your parcel is packed and ready for courier collection, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours from the time you place your order to update online.
  • If you have not received your tracking information after 48 hours, please email us at orders@aiwibi.co.za with your order number, and our team will gladly investigate.

4. Shipping Delays & Support

  • While we partner with reliable courier services, Aiwibi South Africa cannot be held directly responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather, or natural disasters.
  • However, your peace of mind is our priority. We actively monitor and manage the logistics process until your package is safely in your hands. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed with regular updates.
