General Policy

  • What is the return policy?

There will be only a 7-day return policy, the items should be sealed or undamaged.

  • How can I request a return or exchange?

You can send us an email to info@aiwibi.co.za with a photo of the sealed / non-damaged pack and request to exchange for another size.

 

Return Process

  • What happens after I submit a return request?

We will then handle the claim via mail. The client will be responsible for any courier costs involved in the exchange. The claim will be resolved in 7 working days after the claim was approved.

  • What if the pack is damaged or cannot be resold?

If there are any damages to the packs or the pack cannot be sold to the public, there exchange cannot be done and the client needs to keep the pack.

  • Can I get a sample pack before purchasing a full pack?

We do assist the clients before their order to take the right size. We also have Sample Packs that they can buy before purchasing a full pack to make sure of the correct size.

 

Return and Refund Application

  • What do I need to do to apply for a return or refund?

A formal form will be sent to them once we receive the claim via email. They can then fill in the document with supporting documents such as their initial invoice, proof of payment and photos of the sealed/non-damaged packs.

  • How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days to return an item.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

It takes 7 working days to process a refund.

 

Shipping and Handling

  • Where should I send my return?

We will arrange courier to and from the clients. But they will be responsible for courier fees.

  • Is there a return handling fee?

No handling fee. Just the shopping costs.

  • Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

The customers will be responsible.
